About the illustrator

My name is Anna, I’m an illustrator based in Bedfordshire and a recent graduate of Cambridge School of Art. Most of my work revolves around storytelling, thanks to a life long love of reading and fairytales. Therefore, I am most commonly found either painting at my desk or curled up reading with my cat or dog.

I start all my work analogue, usually with a mixed media combination of acrylic and coloured pencil. I then take this work through to photoshop to finalise it digitally. I particularly enjoy narrative illustration, playing with composition and choosing what to hide or reveal to the viewer.
